What bodies of water do you offer services on?
Our products are approved for installation and use on all known U.S. waterways, including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' bodies of water, as well as Tennessee River Valley Authority and Grand River Dam Authority.
What size docks do you build?
Docks come in all sorts of different shapes and sizes to fit customers' needs. From an uncovered 8'x10' platform on a pond to a 200'+ marina slips.
How long does it take to get a boat lift or boat dock?
Waiting period varies from year to year and season to season. We manufacture each dock and lift to satisfy its customers' needs so we do not stock lifts and docks for immediate purchase. Give us a call or shoot us an email for current time estimates.
Do we build stationary docks?
No, we only build floating docks that utilize various anchoring and stabilization systems to hold them in place and to adapt to changing water levels.
What style of boat lifts do you offer?
We build and specialize in the type of lift that has been perfected over the course of 40 years time.......the front mount lift.
Do you sell dock kits?
Yes, we are able to sell materials only if you'd prefer to do your own installation. These kits are made to order and are not stocked for immediate pickup.
Do you sell used docks and lifts?
There are times when we take lifts in on trade or remove old dock structures. Call us for availablity.

What if I change boats? Can I use my existing lift for it?
Maybe. It depends on which size/model of front-mount lift you have and what size/model boat you are changing to.
